4 Foundations of Mindfulness

Starting on October 7 at 7pm 2020, Scott Gräpel will be offering a series of 4 Wednesday evening sessions on the Four Foundations – one per week.  Buddhists generally consider these to be:

  • mindfulness of the body
  • mindfulness of feelings or sensations
  • mindfulness of mind or consciousness
  • mindfulness of the dharma

There are no prerequisites – everyone is welcome to attend.
